Fitness for All
Founded in 2009 by sisters Martha, Marcie, and Leticia Montes, Chicago Latin Fitness™ (CLF) grew from a single class into a recognized fitness and wellness company serving the greater Chicago area.
Driven by a passion for fitness, Latin music, and community, CLF brings people together through high-energy fitness experiences, pop-up classes, festivals, conferences, and special events. Today, we continue to inspire movement, celebrate culture, and make wellness fun and accessible wherever people gather.
The Power of Community
Community has always been at the heart of Chicago Latin Fitness. Throughout our history, we have collaborated with nonprofit organizations, schools, healthcare institutions, and community agencies to help make fitness and wellness more accessible.
Our past partnerships have included the Chicago Park District, Lurie Children's Hospital, March of Dimes, Family Focus Centers, Resurrection Hospitals, Y-Me Breast Cancer Society, Chicago Children's Museum, Chicago Public Schools, and many other organizations.
Beyond the Studio
Chicago Latin Fitness has been featured by WGN, Telemundo, WTTW, Univision, Nuevo Impacto Magazine, Chicago Tribune, ING Magazine, and Zumba® Media.
We have also participated in major Chicago events and celebrations, including the Puerto Rican Festival, Cuban Festival, Fiesta del Sol, Millenium Park Workouts, PBS Fun Run and many other events through the city.
